The pilot uses the minimum information required to measure opportunity and outcome.

Minimisation

For the first audit we prefer anonymised IDs over full names. We do not request passwords, card data or private-message content.

Authority

The club confirms that it has authority to share the data, or that it has been appropriately anonymised and authorised.

Separation

Each club’s data and outputs must remain separate. The pilot does not create cross-club search of private customer data.

Export and deletion

Retention, export and deletion should be agreed before any persistent integration.
