FillMyCourt pilot privacy notice

This notice applies to enquiries submitted through the website during the pilot phase.

Data we collect

Name, club, business email, phone/WhatsApp when provided, city, number of courts, booking system, main issue and the goal entered by the user.

How we use it

To respond to the enquiry, assess whether a pilot may be relevant, and manage communications directly related to that assessment. Form submissions are not automatically added to generic newsletters or campaigns.

Providers

Data may be processed by technical providers used for hosting, forms and email, only to the extent needed to operate the enquiry flow. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

During the pilot, enquiries are retained only as long as needed to assess and follow the commercial opportunity or meet applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of data relating to your enquiry through the same website contact channel. The legal identity of the pilot operator will be confirmed in the first commercial reply before any processing of club player/customer data.

Important: submitting this form does not authorise access to player data. Any audit or pilot involving customer data requires a separate agreement covering purpose, access and responsibilities.
