Don’t let a court-hour expire at €0.
FillMyCourt identifies empty hours, cancellations and incomplete games, activates the players most likely to book, and measures incremental revenue — without forcing the club to replace its current booking system.
Your software schedules courts. We attack the revenue that still leaks.
We are not selling another booking system. We begin with three situations where perishable capacity can still be recovered.
Hours likely to stay empty
Identify weak demand windows and activate only player segments that actually fit the time, instead of discounting the entire database.
Inventory that just came back
When a court returns to inventory, prioritise players most likely to buy and increase the incentive only if necessary.
3/4 players is not a game
Fill the final spot — or 1/2 in squash — and measure whether the intervention actually saved the booking.
A revenue discipline, not another blast campaign.
The pilot starts narrow: authorised data, a few high-impact flows, and a revenue-attribution rule agreed before execution.
Find risk
Weak hours, cancellations, incomplete games and inactive players.
Choose who to activate
Time, frequency, level, recency, partners and booking history.
Create the opportunity
A real slot, a clear message and a simple path to book.
Protect margin
Points, credit or perks before discounting.
Prove the result
Recovered revenue, incentive cost and net incremental value.
What is your expiring court capacity worth?
A quick order-of-magnitude estimate. The audit replaces assumptions with the club’s actual data.
Equivalent time to cover a €490 audit: 9 days
Prove the money first. Then decide whether to scale.
No months-long transformation project before there is economic evidence.
Revenue Leak Audit
Five business days to locate the leaks and decide whether there is a real business case.
- 4–12 weeks of available data
- Occupancy map by day/hour
- Cancellations and released inventory
- Recoverable player segments
- One-page action plan
Revenue Recovery Sprint
45 days to run 2–4 flows, measure the result and learn whether there is a repeatable machine.
- Cancellation and off-peak recovery
- Match formation / final-player flow
- Inactive player reactivation
- Controlled incentive testing
- Weekly incremental-revenue report
- No exclusivity; integrations only when authorised
No black box. No fake integration claims.
The pilot is designed to reduce operational and reputational risk for both sides.
Less opinion. More court unit economics.
Practical content for operators who want to improve utilisation without destroying price.
What does an empty court-hour really cost?
A simple way to turn “we seem quiet” into an economic decision.
OperationsA 6pm cancellation for an 8pm court: what next?
A recovery sequence that does not start with discounting.
Match formationWhy three players can be as costly as an empty court.
Match formation as a revenue problem, not only a community feature.
Questions an operator should ask before buying.
Do we have to leave Playtomic or another booking system?
No, not as a condition of the pilot. We use authorised exports or APIs where available and do not promise integrations suppliers do not permit.
I do not want to discount courts. Does this depend on discounts?
No. The principle is to use the cheapest, least margin-destructive lever first: timing, matching, priority, points, future credit or a perk. Discount is a tool, not the strategy.
How do you know a booking came from FillMyCourt?
The attribution rule is agreed before the pilot. We record the at-risk slot, intervention and result, and account for discounts, refunds and displaced bookings where applicable.
Do players need another app?
Not for the MVP. Flows can use email, WhatsApp, SMS, incumbent notifications or a lightweight web link. The aim is less friction, not another mandatory app.
Does the Revenue Leak Audit guarantee ROI?
No. The point of measuring first is to avoid that empty promise. If the data says the opportunity is weak, that is useful information.
