Padel club management software vs revenue recovery: what is the difference?

Bookings, payments, CRM and reporting are essential. Revenue recovery starts when the question changes from “what is available?” to “what is likely to expire unsold, and what should we do now?”.

What club management software usually solves

Court calendars, online booking, payments, memberships, customer records, classes, tournaments, access control and reporting. Mature platforms may also provide occupancy analytics and social features.

What a revenue-recovery layer adds

It prioritises at-risk slots, identifies players most likely to buy a specific time, creates workflows to recover cancellations or complete games, and measures the incremental value of the intervention.

Example: knowing Wednesday 11am runs at 35% occupancy is analytics. Selecting the 18 players most compatible with that window, activating them and attributing recovered revenue is a revenue-recovery workflow.

Why not start with a migration?

Replacing the operating stack adds risk and time. To validate economics, an authorised export or available API may be enough, while final bookings remain in the club's official channel.

When deeper integration makes sense

After the club proves that particular workflows recover revenue repeatedly. Automation should follow evidence, not precede it.
