This page summarises how we work before a final service order / invoice is issued.
Price and timing
The current Revenue Leak Audit price is €490. The operating target is to complete the analysis within 5 business days once the agreed minimum data is received and payment/start is confirmed.
Included
Occupancy map, weak-daypart analysis, cancellations/released inventory, match-formation opportunities where data permits, recoverable segments, an economic opportunity estimate with assumptions, and a one-page executive action plan.
Not included
Persistent technical integration, customer campaigns, guaranteed ROI, custom development, or processing of additional data not agreed in scope.
Data
We prefer anonymised IDs. We do not ask for passwords, card data, identity documents or private-message content for the initial audit. The club confirms it is authorised to share the submitted data or that it has been properly anonymised and authorised.
Start, cancellation and invoicing
Schedule, invoice recipient, payment terms and any cancellation/refund conditions are confirmed in writing in the service order before work starts. Submitting the onboarding form does not automatically create a purchase obligation.
Results
The audit measures opportunity and does not guarantee recovered revenue. A valid outcome can be that the opportunity is too weak to justify a Sprint.
